We’re looking for a personable, detail-oriented team player that can offer our renters the absolute best customer service in their hunt for the perfect apartment. This person will handle underwriting renter applications, which requires coordinating with all stakeholders, including renters, landlords, and real estate agents. Ability to lead individual projects and a knack for problem solving with limited oversight is critical. Applicants must be willing to work one weekend day per week with one weekday off.

We seek a highly motivated and articulate BDR to fuel the top of our sales funnel by qualifying outbound leads into real business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn and perfect several defined processes and techniques required for tech sales success. You will be responsible for efficiently generating and organizing leads in our CRM, initiating outbound contact, identifying specific customer pain-points, and communicating a targeted value proposition. Initially, your goal will be to set a steady stream of qualified meetings for your business development director. However, the right candidate will quickly be expected to run the sales cycle from prospecting through closing.

Skills Required:
  • Ability to quickly learn and execute a defined outbound sales approach to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals
  • Comfortable leading product demos and communicating a highly targeted value proposition
  • Experience working in and maintaining a CRM - HubSpot and Salesforce experience is a big plus

Legal & Regulatory Operations Manager

You will report directly to the General Counsel, but you will be working with product, tech, operations, finance, strategy . . . pretty much everyone. Skills Required:
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance and/or legal operations--familiarity with P&C insurance lines and regulations is a plus.
  • Execution-oriented: you will need to be able to own your work, manage your time, and figure stuff out.
  • Organized and accountable: You will have long-term and ongoing operational responsibilities, like tracking regulatory changes, managing the product and document update cycle, and keeping our licenses current. To be successful, you will have to develop (and stick to) a routine, without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Skilled researcher and web savvy: part of the role will include navigating regulatory filings, researching new products, and understanding the regulatory landscape, especially as we enter new markets. You will need to educate yourself and others.

About You:
  • Ideal Background: 1-3 years of experience at a VC-backed Fintech, Consulting Firm, or Financial Institution
  • Versatile and Skilled Analyst: You are going to problem-solve across a number of different domains (Real Estate, Insurance, Financial Services) and for parts of the business (Business Development, Product Management, Sales and Operations).
  • Slides, Slides, Slides: Powerpoint is our medium of choice and you will need to develop professional level presentations for customers, investors and senior management.
